I recently had my hair washed and blow-dried, and this was my third visit to the salon for this service. Each time has been consistently fantastic. I love booking in every three weeks — or before special events — because it helps me feel refreshed, confident, and put together. The service is always professional, relaxing, and finished beautifully. It truly is the best value for money in the Newcastle region. I always leave feeling amazing and already looking forward to my next appointment!

Such a well-organised and aesthetically pleasing hair salon located in Charlestown. The eye-catching pink building is impossible to miss and makes the space feel so inviting. I can’t thank Bre enough for the time and care she put into my hair — she listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered even better than I imagined. I love that I see all different types of people come through the doors; it’s such a beautiful, inclusive environment. The whole atmosphere is warm, friendly and professional. Highly recommend! 💞

I can easily say that this is the best hair salon in Newcastle. The ladies there make everyone feel so welcome and they always do exactly what you ask for, making sure they maintain the health of the hair in the process. I have been to both Kira and Jazz and they were both exceptional in their work and their customer service, and are very easy to talk to. The only salon I will trust!!

I have now visited Hair Ave on four occasions and not once have i been disappointed. Jade is amazing stylist and colourist. The team there are friendly and fun. The price is very reasonable considering the fabulous job that gets done everytime. If your in the Warners Bay, Mount Hutton, Tingira Heights area and need a great hairdresser you can't go past Hair Ave!

I am impressed that I was able to walk in and be greeted by lovely people who were happy to do my shampoo, haircut and blow dry even though I did not have an appointment booked. I would have been happy to come back another day but they accommodated me. I have been searching for a new salon and hairdresser for a while now & I’m happy to say that I will be back and I will be letting friends and family know how impressed I am with the staff at this salon. The hairdresser did a stunning job on my daughter’s hair. She had a wash, blow dry and style cut (layers cut into a V at the back). It looks stunning. Definitely recommend.
