had a wonderful experience with my stylist during my recent visit. Although she was an emerging hairdresser, she was incredibly lovely, professional, and attentive throughout the appointment. When she encountered something she wasn’t entirely confident about, she didn’t hesitate to consult with a more experienced stylist to ensure the best outcome. I really appreciated her commitment to making sure I was happy with my cut, and I left feeling great about the result. A fantastic experience overall!

I couldn't recommend Pedro more highly. His attention to detail was exceptional, and he took the time to ensure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. On a call in visit (live on road permanently) I was estatic with my short chic/pixie/hipster cut. Most hairdressers are not confident cutting a ladies hair in classic manner but Chris pulled off. Very Satisfied. When in Brisbane/Ipswich will return!

I decided on a whim to get bangs cut, and I was able to get booked for the first thing this morning. Everyone there was incredibly friendly, and I absolutely love the haircut I got. I’m honestly not great at explaining what I want, but my stylist understood my vision right away and brought it to life perfectly. They were also extremely accommodating when I brought my 2 year old with me. they even worked around her while she colored on my lap. I don’t usually bring my child to appointments, but they made her feel welcome too. I will definitely be going back, I had an amazing experience.

I had my haircut done by another hairdresser on Thursday and they completely ruined my hair. I booked in with Encore as they were top rated in Ipswich (100% agree) to try and fix my hair. I was served my Nicole and OMG I LOVE MY HAIR! She went over what I wanted, washed, styled and made my hair absolutely perfect! She was a lifesaver and saved my hair. The products she used smelt so good and looked great on my hair that I had to buy some!! I have re-booked again in 8 weeks with her and have finally found a hair salon that I want to stick with hopefully for a long time. Thank you so much x

Fantastic colour and personalised experience. Obviously has huge knowledge on colouring and listens to client. First time I have walked out without a ring of hair dye on hair line which was fabulous

I had my eyebrows shaped and dyed which I was happy with but the girl didn’t make me feel welcome. It seemed she was there just to do a job, no conversation, slightly abrupt in her manner. It’s the second time I’ve been there and had the same experience previously. I will go back only because it’s quick and affordable but I think she could use some training in customer service and a smile to welcome people.

Such a lovely human! Was super nervous as I had only ever seen my cousin for haircuts. Dani made me feel so comfortable, gave me exactly what I asked for and made me feel confident enough to finally chop off some length. Thank you Dani will definitely be booking again in future xx
