My experience was overall great. The only disappointing thing was watching staff from the barber side laughing out loud not cleaning and watching customers sit and wait as they had too many people on lunch at the same time. The manager that did my hair was amazing.

Tamika was great, good cut and color. When I went to your Booval barber it was only $40- for the precision colour and cut. I tried to find out how much it was going to cost before we started because I'm on a tight budget and had I known how much it was going to cost I would have just got the cut and not worried about the colour. I'm not saying it wasn't value for money and I'm sure the cost of running a salon like that would be substantial.

Young girl top job as she left extra duties ,one sick,,didn't from other girl , appointment was 9 am,was 9;45 started service , lady from barber got me in If was young girl or lady barber bigger problem

Deb is brilliant always but I am loving the friendliness of all the staff. When you are feeling a bit overwhelmed with mad Xmas shoppers, the staff, both hairdressers and barbers are so calming with their smiles

I would not go anywhere else. Kara cuts my hair so well, that in 6 weeks, it’s still holding its shape. The salon also cuts my husband’s hair and he’s also happy-looks unlike the awful razor cut men’s barbers do. The cuppa is an added bonus. Bring back the couple of bikkies! Lol. Nice perk.

Pauline, manager, is so friendly, always welcomes everyone with a smile. Kara, my hairdresser, is about the only one I know, who can cut my hair so perfectly, it looks and sits well for a whole 6 weeks before it needs a trim. Today, a hairdresser called ‘Jess’ cut my husband’s hair with such care and attention. He had gone to the barber next door, previously, and I couldn’t believe how the barber just went up the back of his head with an electric razor, making him look as if he had no hair. A cup of coffee is a bonus, But what happened to the biscuits? It has always been a great perk.

The pleasant young lady that offered me coffee was very polite and made an excellent coffee. Chris was wonderful, explaining how he was cutting as he professionally cut and how to get the best out of my cut, just perfect, could talk to him in a relaxed way, price was good, it was an excellent experience, I have booked in again for my next appointment. It is such a caring and relaxed environment to be in while you get you hair done. All the staff are so pleasant. Great job everyone
