I have recently moved to Brisbane from overseas and have been looking for a hairdresser and Calbie is a minute away from home so I thought it would be perfect. My hair is so damaged due to various reasons one being over bleaching. I wanted to go for my usual highlights but was persuaded to get some low lights and I honestly cannot be happier. My hair looks fab and I was so impressed with the knowledge/expertise and how it turned out as I would never have suggested this myself. I am excited for my hair journey and so happy I stumbled across him on insta. 10/10 recommend.

Ella and Kade I was on holiday, and due to a broken shoulder, I could not blowdry my hair. I booked into Ella and Jade for a treat, salon unknown. What a wonderful experience I had l, I was greeted by Tuva with a huge smile and welcoming direction, Sarah then offered me wine and took me through for my basin, experience OMG the best head massage ever ever ever! Thank you, Sarah, Tuva was my stylist. She listened and did exactly what i asked for. Before during and after Tuva was delightful, I would definitely return when in Brisbane again Also a beautiful salon

Stefano killed it! I have fine 3A/3B curls and came to him with my reference photos from IG. He took the time to wholeheartedly listen to me and what I was going for, considering my preference and hair type. Stefano is so easy to talk to and after we came to an agreement about the vision he made sure to walk me through not only what he was doing but how I could achieve the same results at home. I love my cut which came out exactly how I wanted while preserving my length! I’m from the U.S. but if I lived in Brisbane Stefano would be my go-to for sure!

I visited the salon on a trip to Brisbane, with a reasonably tricky task of going a lot blonder in a balyage style. Christine understood exactly what I was after and did a great job in getting a result which was probably better than I had hoped for. All of the team in the salon were happy and friendly and I would feel really confident going to see any one of them, to be honest. I thought the cost was reasonable too. Thanks ladies, I will see you again when I am in Brisbane in 6 weeks or so!

As an ex-hairdresser, I’m very particular about my haircuts. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Visal at Zenith Lounge Barber & Cafe, and I must say, he exceeded my expectations. I had long hair and was looking for a fresh new look. Visal’s skill and attention to detail were outstanding. He took the time to understand what I wanted and executed it perfectly. My fiancée and I have had our hair cut and dyed by Danni for the last 4 years. She has always been very understanding and knows what our hair needs every time. The service and care is always on point and she even takes the time to explain what hair care products would each suit our hair best afterwards. The only downside is that she has moved to Brisbane! 🥲 Absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for a very friendly and affordable regular hairdresser. Thanks Danni. ❤️

Oasis is a serene place of calm amidst Brisbane’s busy streets. The space is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the small touches, like the big soft blanket and the sensory-friendly fabrics that kept everything warm and comfortable. My therapist had a wonderful energy, warm, calm, and friendly. The service felt very considered, and the price is quite reasonable for the level of care and quality provided. Recommend.
