Amazing service and my nails looked beautiful when I left. I was visiting Miami from London, and decided to book here when I saw all the wonderful reviews and photos. The couple who own the salon are so friendly, and made me feel so welcome! Definitely recommend and I am looking forward to visiting again when I am next in Miami!

Umara es una experiencia espectacular !!! Llevaba mucho tiempo buscando un salón así , la limpieza y atención en el lugar son excelentes. Todas las muchachas son muy profesionales , la manager Lidia muy atenta . Tienen una energía muy bonita entre ellas y es un salón enfocado en calidad , no cantidad como la mayoría de los salones en Miami . Me realize manicure luminary / gel y pedicure gel . Mi manicurista fue Lisset quien hizo un trabajo precioso , ella es simplemente perfecta en todo , no tengo otra cosa que decir . Quedé enamorada y por supuesto que ya agende mi próxima cita !!!

The staff was all very kind. The salon itself was clean and very organized. The prices lower that I could find elsewhere. They even provided a complimentary coffee in my waiting. It is a place I will return to again and make my go to when in Miami!

If you’re in Miami you’re lucky to have this place in your neighborhood. The owner Lala is the sweetest and she is so helpful if you don’t know the area. I had a pedicure and it was the best ever, my feet felt so soft and clean for days after. Definitely a 5 star salon!

I came to Nail Nova Salon in Miami Lakes after a terrible experience at another salon, and they truly saved my nails. They had been over-filed, poorly done, and my cuticles were damaged. From the moment I walked in, Delia, the manager, was so kind and attentive. They even offered me cafecito, which made me feel at ease. Bea, my manicurist, did an incredible job—she carefully assessed the damage and worked her magic. My nails look beautiful again and feel healthy. Amazing service, attention, and results. Finally, after 14 years living in the U.S i found a place that I love. I had a terrible situation in a different place and the lady damaged my hair extension. Jacky not just fixed it, she showed me how to properly take care of my extensions, she was so caring and attentive. I ended up also getting my nails done and I couldn’t be happier. And plus, a very descent price, specially today, where everywhere in Miami they want to charge so much for an average job. My favorite place already.

My husband and I wanted to try something new and different than a traditional massage, and we're so glad we did! The head spa treatment (and back scratch) did not disappoint. Dede is an amazing stylist. I’ve tried so many salons in Boca and the outcome was never commensurate with what I paid. Dede is a master stylist and charges a fair price for her services. This salon is off the beaten path and not in the highest end shopping center. However, upon entering you will experience nice relaxed vibe. It is extremely clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. I’ve also used another stylist there with great results. The salon also offers nail and permanent makeup services. Visit The Lotus Chair and Dede. I promise you will be impressed!
