Noriko is incredible. I have had an auto-inflammatory/immune issues for years and been in a lot of pain with minimal improvement. I had a remedial massage with Noriko and had instant relief, she’s lovely and very much cares about your progress.

The most phenomenal deep tissue 90 minute massage, an 11/10! Tonnille took the time to understand my problem areas and applied just the right amount of pressure to work through all the tension and knots. After feeling tired, flat and constantly experiencing pain in my back and knees for the last few months, I decided it was due to working as a gardener and getting older. Then my daughter convinced me to try the ice plunge. After the first session my mood lifted and I walked down the stairs with no knee pain. Then I tried a second session, that night I went into a beautiful deep sleep, something I hadn't done in months. Today was my third session. The Ice Plunge is challenging and Jess is wonderful at keeping you calm and helping you through the experience. The rewards are amazing!
