I was prepared for my dog to need to be shaved down due to matting. But Rad did the impossible and managed to retain a teddy bear look on my mini poodle. I usually groom my dog myself due to the fact that our last groomer could no longer handle him (he refused all grooming efforts, even with a muzzle and Elizabethan collar). So I decided to try a mobile grooming van for a change of context. I contacted a few but it was Kim at Gato that responded most quickly and offered a first time user discount as well. She answered all my questions promptly, courteously and knowledgeably. Thank you Kim+Rad!

An outstanding experience that truly deserves five stars. I had a haircut, beard grooming, hair coloring, and a pedicure service, and everything was delivered with a very high level of professionalism and class. The staff were highly experienced, attentive to every detail, and extremely respectful and welcoming, making the whole experience comfortable from the very beginning. The cleanliness was excellent, the quality of service was exceptional, and the prices were very reasonable considering the level of service provided. A complete and premium experience that is definitely worth repeating.

First time visiting this barbers whilst staying in Business Bay. Yusuf is a real pro, I only had to explain to him once what I wanted doing (haircut, beard style and shave) and he got it straight away & was very thorough, took time and gave great attention to details. Followed up the haircut with a foot spa and pedicure which was also pretty much on point. I would very much recommend this 5* place.

Service was amazing, Aghyad was very gentle, caring and neat. He suggested what I should do with my beard and hair and how to style it properly as well as ultimately satisfying all of my requests and being attentive. Would definitely come again, best haircut I had in a few years
