Words honestly don't do justice to how amazing my session with Ode was. I was carrying so much physical tension in my shoulder, and Odi somehow managed to dissolve every single knot with absolute precision. It's rare to find someone who cares this much about the quality of their work and the comfort of their client. Naima is simply the best for a hammam in Dubai! Every treatment is so relaxing, thorough, and leaves you feeling completely refreshed. For nails, Vivette is my absolute go-to for manicures and pedicures. She is incredibly meticulous, and my nails always look flawless. I wouldn’t trust anyone else for these treatments,they’re both exceptional at what they do. Highly recommend!!

The specialist was really good and took time to explain the products and what’s best for your skin type. The deep cleansing part can still be improved a little, but the head and face massage were really nice and relaxing! 😊 It would be even better if they could wear masks and gloves during facials for added hygiene and customer comfort.
