Honestly, I was impressed and everything was perfect. The therapist was very professional and paid attention to every detail. The hygiene was excellent, and even the towels and bedsheets smelled amazing. I’m definitely booking with them always and I won’t deal with anyone else. Suzie who did my nails was super! She is very attentive and professional. There was a slight mix up with the prices but the staff recognised the issue and corrected it which I greatly appreciate. I’d definitely recommend getting your nails done with Suzie, she is lovely and really cares about delivering a great customer experience. I’ll definitely come back to the salon on my next visit to Dubai.

The very best in Dubai.

Lovely comfortable stay in a good location not too far from everywhere. Would have liked to see ice available in the executive lounge and the shower in the room was only disappointing after I’d used the exceptional showers in the spa. All the staff were friendly and very helpful at all times, I’d be happy to stay again next time I’m stopping in Dubai
