Got a beautiful set of nails! The nail technician was a bit withdrawn and perhaps slightly unfriendly. I understand everyone has bad days but this seems to be a common theme with your nail technicians at all branches it seems…..as I go to different locations everytime, (CBD, Claremont, Rondebosch and now Observatory). Ugne is such a beautiful soul! I’m extremely happy with my experience. Not only have I been trying for the past ten years to find the right hairdresser for me here in Cape Town, but I also received really great advice and amazing styling tips. Tshego was absolutely amazing! She was so detailed with my nails and super friendly - this is the best set I have had on my nails since moving to Cape Town.

Rondebosch is my favorite branch, I've tried others and had bad experiences yet with Rondebosch it's calm and the staff is always super friendly and ofcoz always happy with my treatments

Ronel is the best perm artist in Cape Town. She listens to your needs and always go the extra mile. I cannot recommend her and her team enough.

This was my first at the Riverlands branch and I was really hoping that my experience would be different this time as I wasn't happy at the Rondebosch branch. Fortunate exceeded all my expectations. She's so sweet and has a gentle nature about her. She was extremely gentle with my hands. She takes her time yet she was thorough and efficient! I absolutely adore my nails and will definitely be back 🙂 Thank you Fortunate, you're a gem 🫶🏼

My nails are great, the nail artist did a great job. My only critique is the music. It’s a terrible play list (of course tastes differ) and it would be very welcome to come into an establishment that plays South African music. Not only to support local artists but also to create a more South African welcoming atmosphere. I came with friends visiting from Germany and they say they love Cape Town but would like more local music to be played. My take is with so many young/hip people working in the space it would make sense for them to create a playlist that is hipper and more relaxing for all.

Finally! I have been unable to find the perfect colourist since moving to Cape Town two years ago, until now that is. Ronel is fantastic and definitely knows her way around BLONDES. I had a hair makeover done and I am beyond satisfied with the results.

Semsa from Rondebosch branch took care of me at Claremont branch to help out and what a lovely Queen mani treatment it was! She gave special attention to my cuticle problems. I am also delighted to hear that BOA management is helping their nail techs by hosting them, providing food and transport during the taxi strike. This is commendable!
