My favorite salon and really one of the hidden gems in Dubai. I have been taking services of Farida for the last 19 years for hair care. She is very dedicated and deeply insightful on the right cuts, color and treatments. Also extremely skilled nail care services and affectionate and polite technicians. Not to mention the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Truly a hidden gem and would keep going back.

As someone who loves massages and has tried many across Asia, including Thailand and Bali, I can honestly say this is one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. The place is spotless, the staff are kind and professional, and it’s a perfect choice for women because they truly respect privacy. The massage oils are high quality and smell amazing. I came in with 3 different colors in my head and left with absolutely gorgeous hair, that says it all. Amazing experience. Great easy location, nice drinks menu, all the staff we’re experienced and polite. Loved my consultation with Fiona, she spent the time explaining my hair and the colour advice was second to none! Left with a perfect colour and wonderful hair got!

I had the most amazing experience at Gladys salon! I went in for full head highlights, root colour, and a cut and blow dry, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Sharifa was absolutely wonderful—so warm, professional, and incredibly talented. She really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave such thoughtful advice along the way. The colour turned out beautifully, the cut is perfect, and the blow dry gave me that flawless, salon-finish feel.
