I had a 90 minute relaxation massage and I can't explain how amazing this experience was. I had such a stress and a tension headache from seeing my psychologist the previous day I really needed a massage and this was the best place for it. I left feeling in a better headspace. Good massage only feedback would be all masseuse should ask questions before starting. How do you know what areas the customer wants special attention? What pressure would they like? Is it okay to walk on back? Do you have any injuries? Or get customer to fill out a form with ticking body parts and what they want exactly

Thai Metha Massage Brighton is excellent. The lady that looked after me today is a lovely person and provided a very welcoming, supportive and professional experience. She was careful to not upset the couple of injuries I carry. Yet still gave me a decent amount of pressure and left me feeling a lot better afterwards. All round good place to go really. Staff were friendly and the service was mostly very enjoyable. It did get very cold, especially when the sheet face mask was applied which made it harder to relax.
