The lady who did my service was very nice and accommodating. My lash lift looks wonderful and she did a great job w threading my Eyebrows. The tint on my eyebrows isn’t perfect but that would be the only criticism. Great place, I will be coming back.

Mandy was lovely, she did such a good job and my lashes look fantastic. She was also really nice about my sensitive eyes towards light and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Definitely will be back!

I came to James's salon with very long black box dyed hair. Having been nervous but excited about a transformation, I let go of it all and have entrusted James with his creative freedom. Today was my third session with James and I can really start to see my hair transform. My transformation is magical, and I feel better about my hair everyday as we get closer and closer to my vision. Wonderful! I felt so much clearer and less tense after the treatment. I had never experienced this type of treatment before, and I could actually feel the tension leaving my jaw and face. It was such a relaxing and positive experience. I can't wait to book another treatment soon!

Staff were friendly and the service was mostly very enjoyable. It did get very cold, especially when the sheet face mask was applied which made it harder to relax.
