Pregnancy is extremely demanding on our bodies and I experienced regular lower and mid back pain which increased with the number of weeks pregnant. The amount of relief I felt after these massages really reset my body and mind to give me the encouragement to continue pushing through to the next stage. I highly recommend. This isn't a luxury, this is a necessity for the female body which is doing the most amazing thing.... growing a person for 9 months!!!

Nneka is phenomenal, she is considerate and very gentle. She always makes sure the pressure of the massage is good and comfortable. She massaged me during my second and third trimester and each massage relaxed me, bettered my sciatic nerve, and neck cramps. I would highly recommend her services!

The massage therapist was extremely professional, friendly and gifted. She payed attention to what my body needed, specifically she was able to tailor the massage to help me with tension caused by a back surgery I had prior. and I left feeling invigorated and enlighten as she even provided follow up stretches to help with my continuous recovery.

Nneka is the absolute best, makes you feel so comfortable and also leaves you with so much knowledge and tips to improve the aches/pains/discomforts. Had a great experience at the spa with Ashley. I booked a mud wrap, massage, and Bro-Zillian. The ambience of the spa is just what you would hope for if your goal is to relax and recoup. The treatments left my skin feeling so soft and the wax was relatively pain free. Go with the hard wax, I say. Ashley is very skillful and I would certainly recommend her.
