Imaan-Jade is amazing! From start to finish, everything was effortless. She’s punctual, professional, and sends clear directions and prep tips before your appointment. She even provides a detailed digital aftercare guide, which is so helpful. Her workspace is comfortable, tidy, and well set up, and she uses high-quality products. My lashes and brows have lasted beautifully for weeks. Communication is easy and open, and she makes the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. Honestly, it was such a seamless and lovely experience. I couldn’t recommend her more!

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

I am incredibly happy that I could just go with a color and Merilyn brought her creative side and a masterpiece so impeccably unique arose! The Evo gel from Biosculpture works incredibly well and she dehydrates my sweaty palms to give me that confidence that my nails would never lift.
