Imaan-Jade is amazing! From start to finish, everything was effortless. She’s punctual, professional, and sends clear directions and prep tips before your appointment. She even provides a detailed digital aftercare guide, which is so helpful. Her workspace is comfortable, tidy, and well set up, and she uses high-quality products. My lashes and brows have lasted beautifully for weeks. Communication is easy and open, and she makes the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. Honestly, it was such a seamless and lovely experience. I couldn’t recommend her more!

I recently completed a course with iLashBar once again, and I honestly had such a great experience! The trainer (Lailah) was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly kind, patient, and such a lovely person to interact with all round💗 It made the entire training process smooth, enjoyable, and so uplifting. Sameera’s clear communication, guidance and knowledge was exactly what I needed. I walked out feeling rejuvenated and confident. My brows and lashes never looked better and my skin felt amazing! After almost giving up on my problematic skin she provided me a path forward to tackle my issues. Lailah is so easy to talk to! She radiates warmth and held a good conversation the whole way through. And as a first time visitor i was worried about keeping the conversation going. She was friendly and fun and it felt like i was catching up with an old friend. The lashes are absolutely stunning. Its the perfect amount of fluffy and length and i walked out so so so happy. I am in Cape Town for a short while and I walked into Jem inquiring about lashes. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who called the lash tech to talk to me. She sounded very knowledgeable so I made an appointment. I had my old ones removed and a new set done. I am very happy with my new lashes. They look beautiful and I would definately recommend Shimene.

Mecayla was amazing. Most relaxing appointment I’ve ever had and my lashes turned out perfect.
