The technician was not only professional but also brought great energy and banter, which made the whole appointment feel relaxed and fun. I got a hybrid full set, and I am honestly so impressed. The lashes feel incredibly light, like there is absolutely nothing on my eyes. The quality is outstanding, soft lashes with a really good adhesive that feels comfortable and secure. I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

Amazing! Had a lash lift and tint done. Barely felt a thing. The environment was soothing and I even fell asleep a few times while getting the lash lift and tint done. Layla is very kind and sweet as well and explained the process beforehand. She also provided instructions for how to care for my lashes afterwards. I asked for a more curled look and she delivered! My lashes look stunning. 10/10 experience!
