Never had so many compliments on my skin! It felt so clean and breathable when I left my Hydrafacial appointment. Charnelle is so kind and comforting and didn’t make me feel embarrassed about where my skin was at after not having a facial in ages. The lymphatic drainage also helped sculpt my face before an event & everyone was telling me my skin looked so supple and hydrated and glowy even without makeup. Also the lash lift with Nicole— AMAZING. You wake up feeling so pretty & no need for mascara. I had extensions for 7 years and don’t think I will need to go back! Thank you both xx

I absolutely love my lashes! They’re beautifully done and last such a long time, easily the best retention I’ve ever had. The lash tech is incredibly gentle and caring throughout the whole process, making it such a relaxing experience. She’s also super sweet, professional, and really pays attention to detail. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and her work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for gorgeous, long-lasting lashes! 💕

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

Zakinah is truly a lash goddess! I waited an entire year and journeyed halfway around the globe just to have her work her magic on my lashes again. It was my first time visiting your salon. I was greeted by the beautiful owner Shameez at the front gate. She got right into it. I booked the lash lift and tint treatment. I enjoyed the atmosphere and music in the background. Needless to say my lashes l’m extremely satisfied with my lashes. It’s been confused for extensions 😁. Shameez had a few more minutes to add another enhancement. She offered to quickly apply a brow tint. Best R350 spent and I plan on returning for a brow lamination. Thank you Shameez for a pleasant experience and the compliments 💚
