I've been using Lily's Lash for just over 2 years now- Zulpha for lashes and Tharwaa for my facials and Laser. They are basically responsible for making me look beautiful. The attention to detail, professionalism and skill is unmatched. They are both kind and accommodating especially with my unpredictable work schedule. Genuinely the best experience i’ve ever had, the customer service and aesthetics is a 10/10, not only that but honestly the best in business when it comes to lashes and eyebrows, they will give you exactly what you want without it causing any irritations either, when i went for the first time i didn’t hesitate to book another appointment. The comfort is amazing overall, the lash technicians are extremely friendly and bubbly and so enjoyable to be in their company. If you’re looking for a new lash technician this is the place to be!❤️

I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

Amazing! Had a lash lift and tint done. Barely felt a thing. The environment was soothing and I even fell asleep a few times while getting the lash lift and tint done. Layla is very kind and sweet as well and explained the process beforehand. She also provided instructions for how to care for my lashes afterwards. I asked for a more curled look and she delivered! My lashes look stunning. 10/10 experience!
