I am always satisfied with Ruby’s treatments. In her clean, stylish private room, she is friendly and very kind to my daughter, and she takes great care of her eyebrows. Treatments using tweezers are quite rare in London, so we really appreciate it.

I had my first lash lift with Alisa and it was such a great experience from start to finish. She was so lovely, made me feel completely comfortable, and explained everything clearly. She is experienced in her field always looking for new styles and trends, ready to advise what kind of style of lashes are mostly suitable. I get so many compliments on my lashes! Had my first visit with Milla and was a little worried as I requested specific an uncommon J curl lash and lengths in a style called "cat eyes" and she exceeded my expectations! WOW she did an amazing job!. VERY happy! She also suggested i have my brows tinted - this I was quite nervous about but after I saw her lash job I just decided to trust her - she did a great job on them as well! My last girl stopped doing lashes but I am really happy to find Milla - she is my new girl! HIGHLY recommend!

Coming all the way from South East London for a Kobido massage because it truly is the best! The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, the staff are lovely, and Iwona works absolute magic with her techniques. I can’t wait to come back for another kobido massage.

I'm so happy with how my lashes turned out. It was my first time getting a lash lift, and she took the time to show me the different styles so I could choose the look I wanted. My lashes are exactly how I wanted them, and she made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. Definitely recommend 🩷

Had a Korean Lash Lift done by Laila for the first time! Lashes took so good, i have short lashes so didn’t think they would look this good but I am in love with my lash lift! Couldn’t recommend Laila enough, she is a perfectionist!

Very professional, warm and welcoming venue. Went for lash removal that I had done (badly), elsewhere. These ladies know what they’re doing, but most importantly they listen to what their clients want. So pleased I found Lash London, already booked treatments for next month.

My lashes have never looked this good in their life, Laila did them so well and she was so sweet she offered me drink and snacks and has such a comfortable place. I have been receiving compliments from stranger and family the whole day; I was unsure of what I exactly want but she helped me and she made the best choice. I did a Korean lash lift and it never burn my eyes she accommodate to all my needs honestly she has found a life-time client because she is soo good at what she does.

Amazing experience!! I felt so comfortable, literally felt like a spa experience. So attentive, made sure every pore came out, my skin is so clear.
