I had my first eyelash extensions with Arwa and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, Arwa made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I was really impressed with her professional advice on the best style and colour for my lash extensions. As a light blonde with blue eyes, I had always used black mascara but Arwa suggested trying brown lash extensions instead. It turned out to be the best decision as they look so soft, natural and beautifully enhance my features. I absolutely love the result! Bea

I am always satisfied with Ruby’s treatments. In her clean, stylish private room, she is friendly and very kind to my daughter, and she takes great care of her eyebrows. Treatments using tweezers are quite rare in London, so we really appreciate it.

Mikhaela is amazing! This was one of the best lash appointments I’ve had. She was super professional, gentle and really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. Mikhaela is the most talented lash tech I’ve ever been to! I drive an hour every two weeks because she’s worth it. Each set is fully custom to me, and every appointment feels like a cozy self-care session. She’s professional, hilarious, and makes me feel totally comfortable. I always end up falling asleep. We chat for hours or listen to murder podcasts. I trust her completely and always leave feeling refreshed and looking amazing. Couldn’t recommend her more🫶🏼

I had the Glass Skin Facial and Lash Lift with Kawtar yesterday and absolutely loved the experience! She is so kind, calm, and professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She gave me great skincare advice, helped me find the free parking, and even treated me to a relaxing head massage. My skin is glowing and my lashes look amazing. I had a lash lift and facial and the whole experience was amazing. Kawtar explained every step of the treatment as she went along and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The lash lift is genuinely the best I’ve ever had. Because my lashes are naturally long, technicians often struggle to achieve a good curl and lift, but Kawtar got them absolutely perfect. The Glow facial left my skin feeling refreshed, smooth, and radiant. The soft play area was an added bonus, it means mamas can enjoy a bit of pampering while the little ones have fun. I highly recommend Kawtar and will defo be back!

Love Mikhaela ! Always so happy with my lashes, I’ve been going to her for the past couple of years and there is no one else I would go to. I originally went because of my Trichotillomania and now I go for an eye correction (to make my eyes more symmetrical). Mikhaela is always so attentive, professional and has an eye for perfection. Definitely recommend her signature custom set. Thank you for always listening to what I want and fine tuning your technique and style every time.
