Had my nails done today by Mirela, and they look so lovely. Mirela never fails to make my nails look amazing. It changes my whole day to come out of the salon, with such a lift. I had a lash lift and facial and the whole experience was amazing. Kawtar explained every step of the treatment as she went along and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The lash lift is genuinely the best I’ve ever had. Because my lashes are naturally long, technicians often struggle to achieve a good curl and lift, but Kawtar got them absolutely perfect. The Glow facial left my skin feeling refreshed, smooth, and radiant. The soft play area was an added bonus, it means mamas can enjoy a bit of pampering while the little ones have fun. I highly recommend Kawtar and will defo be back!

Blind booked this for a last-minute pre-Christmas appointment and I’m so glad I did. Perfect location with easy parking at Westfield, and the service was amazing from start to finish. I had a look in mind and they matched the shade perfectly to my inspo pic 🤍 My nails turned out gorgeous and the spa pedicure was so relaxing - exactly what I needed. As someone new to London, trying a new salon can feel a bit nerve-wracking, but everyone here was so friendly and welcoming and instantly put me at ease. Will definitely be back 🫶🏼

I am always satisfied with Ruby’s treatments. In her clean, stylish private room, she is friendly and very kind to my daughter, and she takes great care of her eyebrows. Treatments using tweezers are quite rare in London, so we really appreciate it.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve visited Miyuki’s salon! She is without a doubt one of the top eyelash technicians in London. Her technique is always flawless,she listens carefully and delivers exactly what I want every time. On top of that, she has a lovely personality that makes every appointment enjoyable. If you’re looking for an eyelash salon in London, I highly recommend Miyuki!

The best lash tech 🥺❤️ So patient if I need a break - will give me a minute to sit up if I need to. Never moans and always makes sure I’m okay. Lashes still come out perfect every time!! Works quick and so gentle. Takes so much pride in her work. And will is a perfectionist and shows in her work every time. ❤️
