Had my nails done today by Mirela, and they look so lovely. Mirela never fails to make my nails look amazing. It changes my whole day to come out of the salon, with such a lift. I had an eyelash lift and tint with Ella and I’m absolutely in love with the results. My lashes look so lifted, and dark exactly how I like them. Ella is always so welcoming, which is also one of the reasons why I always go back to her. She takes her time, makes sure everything is perfect, I can’t recommend Ella enough. She’s amazing at what she does!

Rita was lovely and friendly, attentive to my concerns and gave me a smart haircut and keratin treatment. Her colleagues were also welcoming and friendly too. I’m glad i chose this hairdressers having travelled across London to visit it. I will definitely return again!

I had a lash lift and facial and the whole experience was amazing. Kawtar explained every step of the treatment as she went along and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The lash lift is genuinely the best I’ve ever had. Because my lashes are naturally long, technicians often struggle to achieve a good curl and lift, but Kawtar got them absolutely perfect. The Glow facial left my skin feeling refreshed, smooth, and radiant. The soft play area was an added bonus, it means mamas can enjoy a bit of pampering while the little ones have fun. I highly recommend Kawtar and will defo be back!

Blind booked this for a last-minute pre-Christmas appointment and I’m so glad I did. Perfect location with easy parking at Westfield, and the service was amazing from start to finish. I had a look in mind and they matched the shade perfectly to my inspo pic 🤍 My nails turned out gorgeous and the spa pedicure was so relaxing - exactly what I needed. As someone new to London, trying a new salon can feel a bit nerve-wracking, but everyone here was so friendly and welcoming and instantly put me at ease. Will definitely be back 🫶🏼

I got the HD brows and Korean lash lift with Elena and she was amazing! I’m very picky about who does my brows, so trying a new place while traveling was a bit nerve wracking. But I’ve been to her twice now and my experience and brows/lashes look incredible. Thank youuuu Elena 😍

The best lash tech 🥺❤️ So patient if I need a break - will give me a minute to sit up if I need to. Never moans and always makes sure I’m okay. Lashes still come out perfect every time!! Works quick and so gentle. Takes so much pride in her work. And will is a perfectionist and shows in her work every time. ❤️
