Had my nails done today by Mirela, and they look so lovely. Mirela never fails to make my nails look amazing. It changes my whole day to come out of the salon, with such a lift. Milla is always the BEST - I’ve been having my lashes done for about 15 years - officially a lash addict! I discovered Milla over a year ago when my regular girl stopped doing lashes and I have to say … Milla is the best yet! 😃 I have always used J curl lashes - classic with a real CAT-EYE shape - she got them just for me! Rita was lovely and friendly, attentive to my concerns and gave me a smart haircut and keratin treatment. Her colleagues were also welcoming and friendly too. I’m glad i chose this hairdressers having travelled across London to visit it. I will definitely return again!

I had a lash lift and facial and the whole experience was amazing. Kawtar explained every step of the treatment as she went along and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The lash lift is genuinely the best I’ve ever had. Because my lashes are naturally long, technicians often struggle to achieve a good curl and lift, but Kawtar got them absolutely perfect. The Glow facial left my skin feeling refreshed, smooth, and radiant. The soft play area was an added bonus, it means mamas can enjoy a bit of pampering while the little ones have fun. I highly recommend Kawtar and will defo be back!

Blind booked this for a last-minute pre-Christmas appointment and I’m so glad I did. Perfect location with easy parking at Westfield, and the service was amazing from start to finish. I had a look in mind and they matched the shade perfectly to my inspo pic 🤍 My nails turned out gorgeous and the spa pedicure was so relaxing - exactly what I needed. As someone new to London, trying a new salon can feel a bit nerve-wracking, but everyone here was so friendly and welcoming and instantly put me at ease. Will definitely be back 🫶🏼

I am always satisfied with Ruby’s treatments. In her clean, stylish private room, she is friendly and very kind to my daughter, and she takes great care of her eyebrows. Treatments using tweezers are quite rare in London, so we really appreciate it.
