She was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating to my physical disability. Even though she normally doesn’t do house appointments, she went out of her way to come to me, which meant so much. Amazing, attentive service! Hands down the best nails I’ve gotten here in Ottawa. Katya was thorough and the manicure was super clean. Was visiting to Ottawa then decided to find some lashes extensions near by. And found soft heart studios . She exceed my expectation omg I love my lashes more now! I choose volume and it’s looked like natural . Will recommended .
