This is by far the best nail bar in the city of Ottawa. Philip & his team of expert nail techs are polite, professional & inviting. Amazing, attentive service! Hands down the best nails I’ve gotten here in Ottawa. Katya was thorough and the manicure was super clean. Trichelle from Diveyen Lash is so talented and her lash sets always have such amazing retention! I’ve been going to her for a couple years now because she just always hits the mark with the lash sets I want and will ask the right questions to make sure she understands. I always get a lot of compliments on my lashes when I’ve had them done by her. She’s also so sweet and easy to talk to, I highly recommend her!

I recently had my eyebrows laminated and tinted, as well as a lash lift and tint, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating to my physical disability. Even though she normally doesn’t do house appointments, she went out of her way to come to me, which meant so much.
