Last week, when I visited Elena for my Reflexology session, she asked how I was? Unfortunately, I had some anxiety issues affecting my tummy is an awful feeling. Elena continued with my session and by the end I was feeling so much better. She checked in with me a few days later, as she always does, to see how I was feeling and I was thrilled to tell her that the anxiety had passed and I feeling really good. Great to be back after a long absence. I have had great relief from my problems thanks to Elena. She is such a Professional in her field and I really look forward to my sessions of reflexology. I was with Elena for cupping therapy and massage. It was very relaxing and she always made sure I was comfortable at every step. Elena was also very good in explaining what she was doing at each stage in the process. I felt much more flexible and light after I finished up with her. For the first time in 6 months, I have slept without a pain in my neck and back. She was also very good with the follow up exercises. I had a msg from her as soon as I reached home with a reminder of everything we discussed. I would definitely visit again and recommend to a friend
