Honestly the best , I tried the lymphatic drainage massage I have never left a massage so relaxed, Nicola explained the whole process as very different from what normal a massage is but worth it felt amazing at the end.

After training and preparing over the last few months for the Chorley 10k run. I went to see Nicola for a pre race maintenance massage this morning. Nicola explained the reason she worked on my back and legs and is really knowledgeable and professional.
