I had a great cosultation with Paula, she was very friendly and professional. Paula said in her professional opinion I didn't need a wig at the moment but we tried some on any way. She gave me some advice about my hair. when the time comes I will definatley go back to see Paula. Can't recommend Godiva enough. Maz

I feel so privileged to visit such a fantastic salon (Samson and Godiva). My appointment was with Jess and just when I thought I couldn't have it any better Jess proved me wrong. I have got the hair I've always dreamt of. I have run out of mirrors to look into. My husband is impressed. I can't thankyou enough Jess. My respect for all four ladies at the salon is sky high. I had a fantastic consultation with Paula! I felt really listened to and cared about throughout. She thoroughly explained my condition (alopecia areata), what I can do myself to help manage it, and the options available to me in the future if I want help concealing it. These ladies are my hair angels! After experiencing hair loss for the last 6 years I decided to take action and find a solution. I knew my hair would never be the same due to the menopause so I found Godiva. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and only wish I’d found them sooner. The service and friendliness from Steph and all the staff there is amazing. My toppers look fantastic. I get loads of compliments about my hair, but only my close friends and family know I wear toppers because they look so natural. Fantastic experience again at Godiva. Worth every minute of the 7 hr round trip. Paula's patience, understanding and knowledge helped me find the perfect topper and despite it only being the second time we've met, I felt like I had met up with an old friend. Jess made me smile and laugh from the moment I met her, what a lovely, fun loving young lady she is. She listened, understood me and created a style I'd never dreamed possible. Couldn't be happier, absolutely love my new hair. Thank you ladies 🥰

Everyone at Godiva was brilliant. I had appointments with Paula and Jess and they couldn't be more helpful. Paula was patient and showed me a lot of toppers to see which one suits me and which one I like. She explained everything to me and helped me pick the right one. On my second appointment I had Jess who put the topper on for me. They dyed them black for me and I picked one but I didn't feel pressured. Jess too her time to explain how I need to put it on and how to wash it and keep it. I was very happy with the experience and definitely will go back.

I had a pixie haircut with Steph and also had my topper cut to match, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Steph was lovely, professional and really listened to what I wanted. She did an amazing job blending and shaping everything so naturally, and I left feeling really confident and happy with my hair. I would definitely recommend Steph and will be coming back again! 💕✂️
