I had an absolutely incredible massage experience with Christie. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by such a warm, friendly, and professional therapist. What truly stood out was her level of knowledge and care, in particular her knowledge about my spine and scoliosis. She took the time to listen, asked the right questions, and clearly knew how to work with my body in a way that felt both safe and incredibly effective. The massage was perfect, relieving tension without ever feeling uncomfortable. I feel so happy after searching for quite some time to find someone in Houtbay.

Loved the session, as always but especially with the new lymphatic draining elements

It was not only relaxing and immediately felt the benefits of my treatment. But also very informative. Christie makes sure you understand your body a bit better before going ahead with your treatment. I really recommend doing a full intro session. :) will be back.

This is an amazing technique to facilitate fascia release....totally uninvasive and yet has a huge impact.Bianca is Devine.. supportive and encouraging and passionate about the healing work that she does

The session was very informative and gave a a lot of insight into the symptoms I am experience versus the possible underlying causes. 10/10 would recommend Christie to anyone! Christie has helped me with jaw issues from grinding my teeth, healing a shoulder injury, releasing trauma from the body, as well as general things like massage for relaxation and stress tension release. I am blown away by how she always gets it right, and her techniques and offerings are truly considerate and well-planned. I have tried her gua sha, cupping, deep tissue, facial, and lymphatic massage techniques, all of them are brilliant.

Wow! What a wonderful experience! I had the gua sha massage and I loved it, loved the stomach and face massage as well- so many therapists do not offer this option. Christie is very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely be going back!
