The session was very informative and gave a a lot of insight into the symptoms I am experience versus the possible underlying causes. The therapist was very knowledgeable on a number of healing modalities and her warm and caring personality made the session easy. I look forward to further sessions and treatment with her.

10/10 would recommend Christie to anyone! Christie has helped me with jaw issues from grinding my teeth, healing a shoulder injury, releasing trauma from the body, as well as general things like massage for relaxation and stress tension release. I am blown away by how she always gets it right, and her techniques and offerings are truly considerate and well-planned. I have tried her gua sha, cupping, deep tissue, facial, and lymphatic massage techniques, all of them are brilliant.

My experience today of LYNO combined with Lymph drainage was very beneficial for my whole body. Bianca is excellent at assessing what needs attention and the improvements and shifts are felt immediately. I highly recommend these powerful therapies in the healing hands of Bianca.

Christie was amazing! The environment was calm and welcoming, and she asked all the right questions to understand exactly what I needed from the treatment. I booked a sports massage after a recent event and was feeling quite tight, but I left feeling so much better, looser, more relaxed, and ready to get back to training.

As always, a wonderful session with Bianca - her warmth, care and drive for healing and wholeness is a tonic. I always feel better off, leaving her studio.
