Best Medspas near me in Hout Bay

I’ve been to wonderland twice. The location is incredible, and the treatments are excellent, but both times I arrived, the security at the door was extremely rude and reluctant to let me in. Maybe the staff at the door should be given a list of names of who to expect each day so they don’t treat clients like criminals. The spa is incredible, I really wouldn’t normally mention something like this but it’s happened twice now so it’s clearly a policy or staff member issue.

Such a wonderful experience. Greeted and cared for from the minute we walked in. Went with a friend and the massage room was so perfect as it’s big enough to feel like you not on top of each other. Massage was divine!! Thank you Olivia, I will definitely be back 🌷💖

It was more than magical 🧙 this place is out of a fairy tale and the massage room is a huge koi Fish tank! It’s not just a spa experience, it’s an architectural experience! Never seen anything like this

I had the most incredible treatments. I had a deeply relaxing massage as well as a reflexology treatment with Elle that was profoundly healing. I walked away feeling so much lighter and with more freedom in my mind and movement. Elle is so attuned and is a master of her craft. The attention to detail- from the forest room decor, the scent of palo santo and the candlelit room, all create a space steeped in intention and ensured that I felt held and cared for. I can't recommend it more highly.

Took my girlfriends to a Spa day to celebrate my birthday, from the moment we walked through those beautiful doors we were in another world, we had a wonderful day , amazing staff, helpful, Massages were amazing on a totally different level, food was so scrumptious and not to mention those lovely cocktails, loved hearing how the Wonderland came about, we shall be back !!!!!!!

I had the Brazilian lymphatic body contour massage with Nicole. It was incredible! She really knows what she’s doing and is so passionate about contouring the body. The body is her canvas :) It felt so good and relaxing! I will def go back.

The Brazilian Sculpt & Contour Lymph Drainage Massage from Nicole is AMAZING!!! Instant results, left feeling so much lighter and relaxed. The fish tank surrounding you really creates a very calm ambiance. 10/10 will recommend

Stepping into Wonderand truly feels like entering another world. From the moment you arrive, you’re surrounded by koi fish and lush tropical gardens... it’s surreal and breathtaking. Even inside the spa rooms, there are windows looking into koi ponds, including in the sauna and even the bathroom, which is such a unique and immersive touch. The pool area is incredible, with a slide and a zip line that make it feel more like a luxury resort than a traditional spa. The bar service was excellent as well... great drinks and attentive staff that really elevate the experience.

Nicole is incredible. Hands-down the best Brazilian contour massage I’ve had. She’s professional, skilled, and makes you feel completely at ease. The setting is also incredible. I walked out feeling lighter, more sculpted, and totally recharged. Highly recommended!
