I was actually very happy with my stylist. Everyone was warm and friendly and they have great facilities. Everyone was also very very accommodating. But the color burned my skin in front so I think the timing was too long. And the pricing should have been discussed before any actions taken because I was told that the trim was R150 and cut was R200 - my receipt shows R300.

I had a lovely experience with nail tech Thurleen Rossouw. My nails came out absolutely beautiful, perfectly shaped, neat, and the colour looks flawless. You can really see the care and detail she puts into her work. Super happy with my nails and would definitely recommend her!

The reception lady could do with some polishing , she calls staff out loud from the front, discusses business matters within earshot of clients and does not do well in terms of professionalism on the phone. But other than that , everyone else is always great

Mary did not disappoint, I mean… she never does! I asked for a butterfly layered haircut and she gave me exactly that with added bounce and shine! I must say, the students from College of Cape Town are exceptional at what they do too. The head massage was the best it’s ever been. Wonderful experience.

I am very happy with the treatment I received today... - Pearl, the stylist; - the lady that shampood and applied treatment to my hair; and - the receptionist ... all these ladies were amazing ! My hair was the colour that I wanted and the way Pearl blowdried my hair... wow. All I can say is wow wow wow. I would recommend Jems to everyone.
