I visited Posh Pamper Specialists for the first time today and what an amazing experience. I was a few minutes late but they were so understanding. The lady who did my nails and eyebrows, Shameemah was so nice and made me feel at home. The advice and guidance she gave was top tier. I havent been so happy like this in a while. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile at Reception that set the tone for a wonderful experience. The hairstylist who washed, blow-dried, and flat-ironed my hair was both skilled and professional—my hair looked and felt amazing! The lady who did my eyebrow wax was equally talented, with a gentle touch and great attention to detail. Both ladies made me feel pampered and cared for. I will definitely be visiting Bedazzled again and will highly recommend their service to my family and friends.

I was actually very happy with my stylist. Everyone was warm and friendly and they have great facilities. Everyone was also very very accommodating. But the color burned my skin in front so I think the timing was too long. And the pricing should have been discussed before any actions taken because I was told that the trim was R150 and cut was R200 - my receipt shows R300.

Mary did not disappoint, I mean… she never does! I asked for a butterfly layered haircut and she gave me exactly that with added bounce and shine! I must say, the students from College of Cape Town are exceptional at what they do too. The head massage was the best it’s ever been. Wonderful experience.

I’ve been with Masiena since the start and I’ve never been disappointed! I don’t evens check my brows when she’s done because I know it’s going to be perfect! From doing my brows while entertaining her son to having her own brand, she’s honestly the best in the business! You never leave disappointed!

Kauthar is the literal best! Would recommend her to ALL first timers. Thank you SO much for the best experience.
