My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. Amazing experience as always. Made to feel comfortable and in very knowledgeable hands. A session of luxury facial, derma planing and microneedling, followed by some filler. Lauren is such a great listener and knew exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy. I love going to skin serenity - can’t wait for my Botox in 2 weeks! X

Char is THE best at hair extensions in York by a mile. The blend is outrageous, colour match is spot on, she just knows exactly how to make it look so natural. She’s also the best therapist whilst working! The easiest person to talk to, goes above & beyond to accommodate you with every appointment. Just always a pleasure. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. And neither should you..
