Lauren is such a great listener and knew exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy. I love going to skin serenity - can’t wait for my Botox in 2 weeks! X

My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. I booked this salon for hair and make up having read online reviews - I was delighted with my hair and make up, Charlotte was an absolute pleasure to deal with - so professional, informative and ensured that I was happy with my look during and afterwards! I had a lovely session with Lauren this afternoon in her beautiful salon. Had eyebrow tint and wax with a bit of added Botox. I also had a very relaxing Dermaplane. I would highly recommend Lauren she is so professional and very friendly.
