I was super nervous about making the leap to permanent/semi permanent make up, but Kamila was very reassuring and explained the entire process talking me through colour, style and what to except through the whole process. I went back today for my touch up appointment and I am thrilled with the results. I wish I had done this sooner. A positive experience with a knowledgeable and professional individual. My lashes are short and straight so usually lash lift doesn’t work very well on them. Well not until today when I tried the Korean lash lift with Alex ;). Alex was very patient and optimised the procedure to give my lashes the best chance of having a lovely lift. Thank you Alex for a very pleasant experience 🙌

Veronica was so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much of an ask and she made me feel so looked after (especially with the array of drinks she had to offer).
