A visit to ElSpa Therapies pairs a calm treatment room with massage tailored to the pressure and muscle concerns each client describes. The therapist works on back, neck and shoulder tension and knots, with deep tissue, hot stone and lymphatic massage among the treatments on offer.

Elise was absolutely incredible, one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I went in with so much pain and tension in my neck, shoulders and lower back and yes it was painful to begin with but Elise used the most amazing techniques to work out all of the knots and tension. By the end I was beyond relaxed and felt brand new. Can’t thank you enough Elise and so looking forward to coming back again!

Great professional, she is very able in the use of different techniques to make of the massage a great experience. I am feeling very relaxed, both the body and in the mental aspect. All looks perfect and immaculate clean in the clinic, the warm oils create a calming and balsamic effect.

I won a massage with Elsie following a competition she ran earlier in the year. I was so thankful for winning and couldn’t wait to book. My massage with Elsie was absolutely wonderful. The oils smelt amazing and she applied the perfect pressure. Elsie is really lovely and her room is gorgeous. I would highly recommend Elsie to anyone.
