I came here today for the first time to have old BIAB removed and a new set applied. The staff were very welcoming and Lotty did a fantastic job. My natural nails are very weak and brittle and she was very gentle to make sure she didn’t do any more damage and her work looks very clean and natural. She recommended to shape them to complement my hands and I could not be happier! I’m so glad to have found my new nail salon since I recently moved to Melbourne, I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks for an infill.

I had a Naked Manicure and Naked Pedicure with Aya, and I’m very happy with the service. Aya was thorough and paid great attention to detail, especially with the cuticle work. By far the best lash extension service I've ever had. Very professional service. The communication was great regarding which style you wanted and they had prepared examples to show you how each style may look against your eye before you chose. Amazing, precise and neat application. Great isolation, great placement, not too much glue used. The retention was amazing. The booking system is great with Khloe. Consistent results each time. Great relaxing space and Khloe is friendly. I have since moved away from Melbourne. Highly recommend

Luxie is the first nail salon I’ve left feeling extremely happy with the shape, art and cuticle care. I’ve been doing my own nails for years and am so excited to give myself a break!

Umi Chi did an amazing job on my nails. I got BIAB with manicure. Her cuticle work and precision with painting my nails is excellent. I can tell she put in a lot of effort and care. I feel welcomed by her and I am very happy with the final result. I would get my nails done by Umi Chi again.
