Honestly, one of the best nail techs I’ve been to in Melbourne! Kathy is so lovely, quick and super thorough. She always checks the colour and shape with me and makes sure everything is perfect. I came here today for the first time to have old BIAB removed and a new set applied. The staff were very welcoming and Lotty did a fantastic job. My natural nails are very weak and brittle and she was very gentle to make sure she didn’t do any more damage and her work looks very clean and natural. She recommended to shape them to complement my hands and I could not be happier! I’m so glad to have found my new nail salon since I recently moved to Melbourne, I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks for an infill.

From the moment I sat down, I felt completely relaxed — the chair honestly felt like sitting on a cloud. ☁️ My technician was lovely, so gentle and incredibly skilled. I was able to completely switch off and enjoy being pampered, and the attention to detail was amazing. The final result is beautiful — my feet and toes look and feel incredible! I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon and with Julia in particular. The salon is very clean and welcoming, with really comfortable chairs, and the whole experience felt relaxing from the moment I arrived.
