Wow, what can I say…. I felt exceptionally well taken care of from booking, to arriving, to being treated, to leaving. Katie made sure that everything was how I’d like it to be before we started and during the treatment so that I could simply relax, and that’s exactly what happened. I’ve come away feeling lighter, more energised, more relaxed and with a huge reduction in pain after Katie was able to help melt away the discomfort relating to an injury with her magic hands. Many thanks to Madison for the lip filler session treated with Juvederm. It was my first treatment with her and she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She explained fully the procedure , risks ,and aftercare routine which was very helpful . Her injections were very gentle on lips and it didn’t hurt at all . The procedure has improved the volume and shape of my lips giving it a perfectly natural results . I am very delighted with my new lips. I would throughly recommend Madison treatment to anyone looking to be in good hands .

I honestly can’t recommend Sana enough. From the moment I met her, she was so warm, kind, and welcoming, which instantly put me at ease. She took the time to listen to how I was feeling and what I needed, and it really showed in the care she put into the massage. Her touch was incredibly intuitive and soothing, and I could feel the tension melting away as the session went on. I left feeling relaxed, lighter, and genuinely looked after. Sana has such a lovely presence and is clearly very talented at what she does. I’m so grateful for the experience and will definitely be returning.

Katie performed a deep tissue neck / shoulder massage on my mum and she couldn’t have spoken more highly about the experience! Katie is incredibly friendly and used hard pressure (as requested) to relieve muscle tension. Overall 10/10 experience and my mum will be back. Don’t hesitate to book with Katie, she’s wonderful!!

I was booked in for a Swedish back, neck & shoulder massage. I had so much tension and knots. Madison was amazing and explained about what she was finding and how the tension has maybe come about. I asked for firm pressure and it was, I liked to feel that tension releasing slowly. Have booked for another session. Highly recommend Madison Beauty, very professional and relaxing environment.

I had a lovely experience at the Berkhamsted branch getting my BIAB nails done. Emilia was absolutely fantastic – so friendly and professional, and she did my nails perfectly!
