The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Krystian is so friendly and knowledgeable. I had my first microneedling session with him today and I'm looking forward to the next sessions and the longer term results. I thought the treatment would be more painful!

Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

I always feel so comfortable and at ease with Ellie. I trust her completely. I am so glad I have decided to have laser hair removal. It has had such a positive impact on me. I no longer have any shaving rash and I now go swimming every week sometimes twice. Something I would have never done before because of the razer burn. Thank you so much Ellie.

I recently had nose filler and fat dissolve with Shannen and I’m so amazed at my results! I’ve always disliked my nose but the confidence she’s given me is insane. She is very professional and talked me through the whole process. I will be certainly be going back to Shannen for anything else I want done. In my opinion she is the best practitioner in Southampton.

Zoe was amazing for my laser hair removal session. She was knowledgable about the procedure and prepared me for what to expect. Zoe had a lovely ‘bed side manner’ and kept checking I was ok throughout the procedure. Highly professional and gave clear aftercare instructions and ability to manage expectations around results and future sessions that may be needed. Lovely clean feeling, modern clinic. Krystians skill and his top of the range medical laser is working miracles. Its far less painful, way more effective and Krystian always explains potential effects. So so pleased. I wont trust anyone else now. Such a lovely chap always smiling and full of fun. Xx

i’ve been coming to layla for laser hair removal for a few months and have seen such amazing results, even from my first session! she is very professional, explains everything and makes me feel so at ease throughout each session. i was always reluctant to try laser hair removal thinking it wouldn’t work for me but the results have been so quick, i wish i started sooner!

I have been receiving laser treatments from RK for a while, but felt like I was not seeing the results I wanted. But since being treated by Jazmin, it has taken a positive turn after just a couple of laser sessions with her. I have been really impressed with Jazmin’s expertise and seeing the changes I had been so desperately wanting - really looking forward to seeing the final result in due course!

Everyone at HA Laser is absolutely lovely and incredibly knowledgeable. The studio strikes the perfect balance between Scandinavian-inspired calm and immaculate clinical cleanliness, making you feel relaxed and confident from the moment you walk in. I had my first laser session with shaneen today and honestly i was not expecting such a warm welcome and kindness after a long working day. Having taken the plunge I have just had my second microneedling session and delighted with the results. I have booked a third hopefully for maximum effect. Not the most relaxing of all the wonderful facials I have had at this salon but I believe it has certainly improved the overall appearance of my skin. Hayley is amazing and her knowledge on SPMU laser treatment is evident. Gives a full explanation of the process and what to actually expect following your treatment whilst acknowledging your own expectations Will definitely be back for laser treatment on my tattoos, may even suck it up and not use numbing cream….. eek Definitely recommend 💯
