This was my first time visiting the beauty room Spalding. Jo was my therapist for my back, neck and shoulder massage. Very professional, listened to my concerns and needs and provided a very relaxing massage. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Thank you for a fabulous treatment :)

My first session of laser treatment and I couldn’t have been in better hands. Lou explained the procedure so I felt relaxed and comforted by Lou’s experience. The procedure was virtually painless and was given detailed aftercare.

I had a deep tissue massage with the wonderful Chrissie. Once again, I felt nurtured and relaxed for most of this session. Obviously, my shoulder areas needed a lot of attention and that was challenging for me but it needed to be done! Besides, Chrissy expertly relaxed me immediately after and I was in heaven!

Amazing service as always. It’s lovely when they adapt their way of working to you and how you’re feeling! Slightly sensitive with the laser today, so took a little longer than normal and lots of checking that I was ok! Nothing was too much trouble!! Thank you!

Amazing service as always! Had laser 8 years ago and needed a top up. You can tell the laser is more powerful, but with the cooling fan doesn’t hurt as much! Would definitely recommend and I’m loving seeing the results! Thank you!

Brilliant service, excellent advice, beautiful results. Ive had a number of treatments here including Laser which with PCOS, I was sckeptical about but have had amazing results on face, arm puts, legs and bikini. Ive had an environ facial which was fabulous and now use the skincare which I love. Ive has cryopen for skin tags which removed them and no scars, so happy with this, seriously improved my self esteem and lastly I get lash lift and tint and its the best I've had for long lasting results.

Laser can sound a bit scary, but Nic not only explains everything well, she looks after you through the whole process, keeps you chatting so you’re focused on that and not the laser process, and makes sure you’re happy with your results. Cannot recommend the beauty room enough!

Millie carried out my spa pedicure and it was very relaxing! She even did a special French manicure using lilac instead of white. My nails are sooo pretty now. I highly recommend Millie 👌

Annija is a lovely beautiful young lady I find her very pleasant and informative. She makes me feel at ease when I visit and is polite and well mannered. She very approachable and nothing is too much trouble.
