I had a lovely head , shoulder and upper back massage at the Crows nest. Nicola had bought a new massage stool which was so comfy to sit on, relax and enjoy the massage. The massage was amazing and I felt so much better afterwards. I then went for a sauna and swim/movement in the indoor pool. Nicola gave us a stone and incense as first time customers. We will return. My partner had the same massage and he also enjoyed the experience and felt so much better afterwards. I highly recommend Nicola - she is a lovelyperson too. Thank you Crows Nest. xxx

If you have deep rooted neck and shoulder tension, headaches and daily pain. I highly recommend Lou, she provides a massage at a level that suits you, may take a sequence of visit to release the tight areas, but well worth it, no more pain. Lou is very profressional, and informative, you will feel like your floating when you leave, and have the best night sleep ever xx

I had a Indian head message with Nicola. My jaw and shoulders have always been very tight, I have recently been suffering with a lot more pain, along with less mobility. Wow.. what can I say! What a totally amazing experience this was! My first hot stone massage and I will definitely being going back regularly. I didn't realise how much stress my body had been holding on to. jaew was totally amazing.. so knowledgeable and recognised all my issues. She gave me so much good advice on how to look after my body. I can't recommend her enough.. I came away feeling rejuvenated and looking forward to going back.

I've just returned home from a pamper package consisting of back, neck, shoulder massage, mini facial, Indian head massage.... and I think I am the most relaxed I've ever been! Hayley is wonderful! I've been a customer of the beauty room for 20 years, and I've never been disappointed with any of the treatments I've had. This was supposed to be a monthly pay day treat... but honestly, that was the best massage I've ever had. I can't wait another month, so have already booked my next one :)
