I had a lovely head , shoulder and upper back massage at the Crows nest. Nicola had bought a new massage stool which was so comfy to sit on, relax and enjoy the massage. The massage was amazing and I felt so much better afterwards. I then went for a sauna and swim/movement in the indoor pool. Nicola gave us a stone and incense as first time customers. We will return. My partner had the same massage and he also enjoyed the experience and felt so much better afterwards. I highly recommend Nicola - she is a lovelyperson too. Thank you Crows Nest. xxx

I had a full body lymphatic massage at Just Skin and my experience was absolutely excellent from start to finish. From the initial consultation, Laeti was amazing. We discussed my main concerns in detail, and I never once felt pressured into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. She really took the time to understand my needs, especially as I have a couple of health issues, which made me feel genuinely heard and cared for. During the massage - wow. Fantastic Indian head massage … Zoe is very welcoming and easy to talk to. The massage is really relaxing and nice little touches like heated blanket and warm eye mask, which all relieved stress! My first visit and definitely booking again… thank you 🙏🏻

Yesterday a friend & I enjoyed a Swim & Sauna at Pure Calma in Iford. It was such beautiful weather, so we were able to do some sun bathing too. It was a a private experience in a lovely setting. A very restorative couple of hrs spent. Thanks Ellie it was just what we both needed 🙏

I've just returned home from a pamper package consisting of back, neck, shoulder massage, mini facial, Indian head massage.... and I think I am the most relaxed I've ever been! Hayley is wonderful! I've been a customer of the beauty room for 20 years, and I've never been disappointed with any of the treatments I've had. This was supposed to be a monthly pay day treat... but honestly, that was the best massage I've ever had. I can't wait another month, so have already booked my next one :)

I had a Indian head message with Nicola. My jaw and shoulders have always been very tight, I have recently been suffering with a lot more pain, along with less mobility. Nicola really knew what I needed and released many, many knots! I feel lighter and I can move my neck again! Lovely hotel, wonderful teas, amazing staff. Thankyou.

Ellie is very welcoming and the set up is modern, clean and inviting with such a varied offer of treatments. I enjoyed the infrared sauna this time, which I found very beneficial for aching muscles and stress. Would totally recommend.

Really look forward to my infrared/red light saunas, and even the cold shower after which I take at my own pace. I recently also had a very relaxing head massage after one of them, which set me up perfectly for a great night sleep. On these dark cold nights, this is the best place to be.

I had the most amazing Fascia release session with Lati today. The relief of tension and the relaxation has made me feel so light and has made such a difference to my mood. Highly recommend this treatment and cannot wait for another one thank you Lati x

This is the most relaxing treatment i have ever had ! It's an hour of pure indulgance in a restful, warm and cosy setting that feels like a 'big hug'! Zoe gives the best back massage which invigorates and relaxes all at the same time . . and the head massage is just divine. It's my favorite 60 minutes of the month 😀
