Always a great experience. Nice surroundings, friendly staff. I had a really relaxing massage with Infinity, and had sparkly gel nails done. Feeling good now. Ready for anything!

Mia was really good and gentle. I had just had a total knee replacement so my nails and toes needed re- gelling ,they had to come off before the operation Nails done but I couldn’t get on the sofa for my toes. Mia used one of the beauty beds so I could lay down and she hand held the light machine! Lovely bright red toes. ❤️

I had such a lovely experience at Prive Salon! I had a lash lift, brow wax, and gel polish nails, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. My lashes look beautifully lifted and natural, my brows are perfectly shaped, and my nails are flawless – shiny, neat, and exactly the colour I wanted.

Lynds is just the definition of an angel. She takes care of not only my nails but myself too. She ensures you get exactly what you ask for & takes every small detail into consideration. After moving to Bournemouth I was worried about finding a new nail tech but oh my word it was so easy to get on with Lynds. Before my appointment the other day, I’d had a really rough few days and she listened to everything I had to say & I left the salon feeling much happier after having someone just sit and validate my feelings. She is just a gem & I cannot wait to get my nails done by her every month.

I have been seeing Maria for beauty stuff for so many years I cannot even remember. Always professional and gives good advice on my skin care too… always recommend her to anyone who comments on my gel nails, lash lift and tint and skin.

Amy is always professional, even if I'm 'going on a bit', but I think she likes to hear all my nattering. The products she uses are good and she knows what should be used be for my nails (had probems a while bad and she sorted it). Today, I had to have gel nails taken off and Thursday I shall have them out on again! Generally she is very quick, which is good in todays situation of rushing around. She was in her new place and it must be so much better for her as it is bigger for doing treatments that require a bit more room - very nicely decoratored as she has style!

I was in Bournemouth on holiday, made an appointment on line, really easy to do, Xclusive were very friendly and welcoming, Lovely wash and blow dry 🙂

I have been coming to Bex for the last 5 years, and there is a good reason i have been going back for so many years. I don’t know a nail tech that doubles as a therapist alongside giving me the best nails I have EVER laid my eyes on. I don’t think i could ever consider going to anybody else for my nails as Bex as she always knows what I would want, and executes the designs flawlessly. I’ve had my nails done a few times with her, loveliest girl, chatty, accommodating and also very talented, she’ll do anything you ask, and no work is too much for her! I can’t recommend Charlie enough to anybody looking to get their nails done… reasonably priced aswell. I enjoy every nail day with Charlie, and wouldn’t go to anybody else, a real life angel

Had my nails done by Christina. One of my nails was damaged previously when a biab nail had come off, so we agreed on a plan of action, changed the treatment I initially wanted and she did a really good job of making my nails look great while I wait for the damaged nail to grow out. I'll be back in a few weeks to get them done again once it's grown out. She took really good care of me

Had builder gel nails done by Erin for the first time & am thrilled with them. Erin was lovely & took the time to listen to what I wanted but also gave suggestions & tried a couple of designs to make sure I was happy. Nails look fab, I love them! Will definitely be going back.
