I found Matt online whilst surfing YouTube for tips on styling fine, medium length hair. I learned a lot and was surprised to find out he’s a local Vancouver Barber w/ 20+ years of experience as a hairstylist — exactly who I was looking for. Matt’s shop is located in Gastown and sitting in his chair I quickly realized how much knowledge and passion this man has for his craft. Unpretentious, incredibly educative and above all, talented — this guy clearly knows his sh!t. I’ve been in his chair twice in the past 2 months & the customer exp. & outcome gets better w/ each visit. Go see Matt.

Gary is the best barber in Vancouver. If you’re looking for a crispy fade this is the guy! I’ve been seeing him for two years and every cut has been 10/10.

Farhaan is hands down the best barber in Vancouver. His attention to detail is unreal and the consistency he delivers is on another level, every single cut is clean, sharp, and exactly how u ask for it. He actually listens, gives solid input when needed, and never rushes the process. Super professional, great energy, and u can tell he genuinely cares about his craft and his clients. I’ve never left disappointed and wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else. Highly recommend him to anyone who wants top tier results every time.

I had a root touch-up and haircut with Summer, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Summer recommended a layered cut, and I’m so glad I trusted her advice. She also did an excellent job with my root touch-up. My hair looked so great that it put me in a great mood all day! This was my first visit to the salon, and every staff member I interacted with was professional and kind. The entire experience felt thoughtful from start to finish. I live in Seattle, but I would honestly make the trip back to Vancouver just to have my hair done here again.

I wanted a layered cut that’s trending in Korea, and Diane gave me exactly the style I was looking for. From the very beginning, she carefully checked in with me about the length and the shape throughout the cut, making sure everything was perfect. I was really impressed by how attentive she was to even the smallest details. On top of that, she explained how to manage and style my hair easily at home. The highlights are perfect — natural, luminous, and exactly what I was hoping for — and the haircut is clean, flattering, and easy to live in. Stef really listens and has that rare combo of strong technical skill and great aesthetic intuition. If you want beautiful hair in a relaxed, soulful space (and to leave feeling genuinely taken care of), I highly recommend her.
