I've been coming to Shine Magic Rototuna for my eyebrow and upper lip waxing, and the service is always exceptional. Today I surprised my mum with her first-ever salon hair colour and trim. She loved her new look! The stylist was so gentle, kept checking that she was comfortable, and did an amazing job. Seeing Mum tear up with joy made it such a special experience. I had half leg, underarm,Brazilian, and upper lip, +threading wax and eyebrow threading done. 100% is the BEST waxing experience I have ever had! If you want a relaxing (yes, I said relaxing) wax/threading experience, this is the place to go. The price is excellent, and you're not left feeling all sticky with wax afterwards and they actually listen to you about what you want done; I have one eyebrow that is shorter than the other, if it's waxed/threaded the same way the normal eyebrow is, I will end up with half an eyebrow. I told them this and boom. Eyebrows are equal. I will be back.

Always a speedy and high quality experience coming here! I got my eyebrows threaded and legs waxed and it was done faster than the app tells you it'll be! Very happy with the results :) I was able to change my time to earlier on the day that I originally booked, via the app, easily with no hassle too.

Excellent service at a good price, and no wait for getting the cut done. Clean salon, hair left feeling lighter and healthier then when I went in. Shaping service for this cut was awesome- left with a whole new hair style.Range of options ( Manicures, Waxing,Coloring on offer as well as the traditional cuts) Would highly recommend- great opening hours on offer, and plenty of on site parking in the premises.

Had a nano and regrowth done, a week apart. Very happy with both treatments. Reasonably priced. Consult, service and communication was good. Maybe not for everyone but I actually like not having to talk too much during hair treatments, and there was very little talk. Offered coffee, which I accepted. I will return.

Booked an appointment last minute and Barkha was kind and accommodating as ever. (Think it’s the 3rd time I’ve been treated by her.) The colour is exactly as I asked. The cut incorporated all the aspects I mentioned in the consult. But Barkha is experienced and creative. She added her own touches I didn’t know I wanted. But again- I love it. Polite, respectful and unexpectedly philosophical. Root touchup and trim for $98. She had time between clients and kindly styled my hair for no added cost. I look and feel great. I’m grateful. Thank you 🙏

Amazing. Awesome. Staff are professional and very humble. I had a keriton treatment done in March this year its now June. Treatment still holding. Great advice for looking after your hair. Cost is very reasonable - compared to other flasher hair salons. Every time I come back to Hamilton - this is the place I come to. Thank you Kess Express.

This is the best eyelash extension that I've ever tried in Hamilton. I always have some tears due to strong glue used by others, but Jaspreet is so gentle and fast. Highly recommend it! This is my second time coming here, will come back for sure!

The service was good but it could’ve been better if hygiene was maintained because the make up brushes/sponges were not clean they were used before.
