I got my haircut exactly how I wanted it, plus decided to get a pedicure. Miriam did an Excellent job she's quick, takes gentle care throughout the process and very professional, we had a lot to talk about I enjoyed the experience and service Urban Salon offered throughout my appointment.

She was there to help me through what I needed to know about my lashes and was able to give me the best experience as my first time going to this salon. Excellent service! Arpana did a keratin treatment on my hair, and the results were amazing, especially considering how thick and long my hair is. She was patient, attentive, and never tried to upsell products or services I didn't want. She took the time to listen to my concerns and respected my preferences, ensuring my hair was styled the way I like it. Highly recommend!

Booked an appointment last minute and Barkha was kind and accommodating as ever. (Think it’s the 3rd time I’ve been treated by her.) The colour is exactly as I asked. The cut incorporated all the aspects I mentioned in the consult. But Barkha is experienced and creative. She added her own touches I didn’t know I wanted. But again- I love it. Polite, respectful and unexpectedly philosophical. Root touchup and trim for $98. She had time between clients and kindly styled my hair for no added cost. I look and feel great. I’m grateful. Thank you 🙏
