Deb does a great job; I always love my cuts so I have no complaint with her at all. I was pretty shocked when the price of my haircut (no blow dry or style) went from $24 to $39. And I'm still paying full price even though I never get my hair blown dry. It would be nice if there was some discount for people who don't need to get styled. I got one once when I complained but I don't want to go through that every single time.

***The VERY BEST blow dry salon in the entire Chicagoland area!! *** I have been going to Louy for 8 years and am delighted that he has recently opened his own beautiful salon with a wonderful staff!! Besides the fact that my hair is in excellent condition since going to Louy, I get endless compliments on my hair after his fabulous blow outs EVERY time!!! If you want gorgeous complimented hair see Louy or one of his staff, they are professional talented artists!! PLUS they do the best, longest lasting keratin treatments!

When I came to twin my hair was damaged from a beautician in my town ( I don’t live in Chicago). I noticed that my hair wasn’t growing. I went back to twin and she got my hair straight. Thank you. My hair is now getting stronger and longer.

Feels more like a hangout than a hair appointment! Love love love oh and the only comfortable wash chair in the entire Chicago land area ! You can literally just lay there and take a nap !!! The Salon the staff the atmosphere and especially Amela are just amazing all around 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! Thank you so much Deya 🩷

Keith Ryan is THE most talented, friendly, welcoming stylist I’ve been to for the 20+ years he’s been coloring and styling my hair. He’s awesome in every way. Karina Ponomarenko is the absolute BEST!!! I recently moved to Chicago and was nervous to try someone new, but I have had the most amazing experience. Karina is so kind, flexible with scheduling, and easy to reach out to. I DM her on Instagram and the appointment is booked within minutes. Her new salon is beautiful with a great location, as well. I definitely recommend Karina and will continue going back to her for all my hair needs :)

It was nice, but not quite as expected. I thought there would be more scalp massaging. Most of the time it seemed it was just a comb through conditioning treatment. Also, maybe you should alert clients to maybe bring their own styling tools for when the session is done. I was a little surprised that I wasn’t given a dry towel to put on my shoulders when I left the room. My shirt got all wet from my hair. If I had known, I could’ve brought my own towel and hairdryer with diffuser on it.

First appointment with Nick and definitely not my last. He carefully and skillfully assessed my hair and what I wanted out of my cut. He made suggestions based on what I wanted and took the time to explain the best ways to style my waves and curls. Also, very important to me was that he was welcoming. As a plus size person, I’m always concerned about the experiences at salons and spas. Nick was welcoming, kind, and made me feel comfortable in the space. 12/10 - highly recommend.

My visit to the salon was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Louy cut my hair beautifully and really listened to what I was looking for. Hanna was wonderful—her wash and blow-dry were so relaxing, and she styled my hair perfectly. Both of them made me feel taken care of, and I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed. I highly recommend booking with Louy and Hanna!

Venus is fantastic. This is my second time coming to her for a trim and I’m so pleased with the results. She knows her stuff - she is focused and friendly, is always on time does and excellent job cutting my fine, yet thick, long hair. And she doesn’t waste any time either – I am always in and out of there within an hour. Shampoo, cut, blow dry and style. Everywhere I go afterwards people are telling me how beautiful my hair is and I always say it is thanks to Venus. And I love the salon as well- So charming and in a great location.

I live in Nevada now, but since finding Jess I wait to return to Chicago because I can’t go to anyone else! Watching her cut almost seems like a lesson in geometry, she makes sure to follow my wishes, and the results have always been more than 5 stars in my opinion! Plus she’s a lot of fun to talk to. Sammy did such a great job on my long hair layers that hadn't been cut in over a year! She listened to exactly what I wanted and kept my goals in mind. The blow dry and style was awesome after the cut. She was very welcoming and supportive :) overall loved my experience and new fav salon
