Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! I had a really nice experience overall. The owner and the hairdresser were both incredibly kind and accommodating. They created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. I absolutely loved how my hair turned out! They did a beautiful job. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the makeup wasn’t quite what I asked for. I requested a very natural look, but it ended up being much heavier than I wanted and I had to redo it. That said, their kindness and the positive energy in the salon really stood out, and I truly appreciated how welcoming they were.

Iran is amazing! This was my first appointment with her, and I will definitely be coming back. She is not only warm and friendly but also incredibly professional. She gave me a keratin treatment, and my hair looks absolutely amazing. I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend her!

Wonderful experience at Krasa spa! I was staying at the Westin for a wedding and needed my hair done. I originally booked a blow out but changed my mind to an updo when I got to the spa. They were so accommodating. I had no inspiration pics, but they worked with me to come up with a beautiful hairstyle that even my picky aunties loved. I cannot say enough good things about this spa. Before I left, one of the girls even helped me with my eye makeup! Both women made it such a fun experience. If I lived in Chicago, this would be my regular hair salon.
