I was in Melbourne for the weekend before traveling to the US and really needed to get my roots touched up on a Sunday. I was able to get Ian appointment at the last minute. Jim was very professional and understanding of my objectives. He did an excellent job on the colour. He also trimmed and styled my hair. I will come back to the salon when I next in Melbourne and ask for Jim.

Today was my fourth visit to Marcia Valeria Hair Salon, and once again, Marcia worked her magic! She doesn’t just understand what her clients want — she also offers thoughtful suggestions to achieve the best possible results. In the past, she’s done balayage for me, and it turned out absolutely brilliant. I always leave her salon looking and feeling at least ten years younger. Today, after just a haircut, wash, and blow-dry, my 10-year-old daughter said, “Mum, now you look like my older sister, not my mum!” That says it all. I was early to my appointment and all the girls were lovely. Cornelia did my make up and she is easy to talk to, she let me make decisions about what colours I was going with, gave me good advice and made my decisions easy. I have had dry skin and was worried about foundation but the whole make up look lasted way longer than 24 hours. I left feeling happy, confident and very grateful 🥰

I’ve been getting my hair done with Tess for over 15 years and honestly can’t recommend her enough. Love the way she cuts and styles my hair and completely brought it back to life with Keratain Treatments after years of heat damage. My hair is longer, thicker and frizz free since having keratin and not having to use heat everyday- also such a time saver! I love that I can use all the Bonded products with my keratin too and they smell amazing!! If you’re looking for a hairdresser you can feel comfortable with, have a good chat and laugh, and trust with your hair- Tess is the best!
